The specified product reference (4) couldn't be found - when clicking on product

When I click on my one product, either in the New Products column to the left or the New Products section in the centre I get the message
'The specified product reference (4) couldn't be found -
Please wait for your browser to forward you to the next page or click here.'

I've crossed all the demo products so they don't appear and only have this one item for sale.

Has anybody got a solution for this?

Hopeful, try performing a website refresh. I can see a default site online
http://www.salonstartup.co.uk/acatalog/Homeware.html
which will not be helping things. A refresh should sort it out.
