Corporation Theme Footer Issue

Hi,
I'm using the coporation theme in V9. I imported V7 catalog and It took it ok. I have one problem, it's putting the company name on the bottom of the footer beside terms & conditions, contact us etc.. The company name is the same color as the black footer. I don't want to change the footer. I'm assuming the comany name is being taken from the company info. How can I make it not put the company name in the corporation theme footer?

Backup and make a snapshot then...

Locate the attached in Design View and delete the highlighted part.
