Missing Fields in Checkout after 9.3 upgrade

Maybe it is linked to the new first name, last name split out they have done, worth checking those settings too.

Close down actinic and the restart it, they might reappear then.

You'd be astonished how many times that fixes anomalies on the checkout pages, they are a law unto themselves those wretched pages.

In the design tab if i look at checkout page 1, the name fields are missing in the preview pane but the code for the fields is there in the code view. So does this suggest that there is a setting somewhere that is preventing them from being displayed ?

Do they have a green blockif around them, if so then double click on it and see what it is evaluating.

Dont forget there is a big on/off switch in the design text ... they may be set not to display. Check there first.

Oh OK - just seen you have tried that ... did you ensure you were under the right tab as there are lots of tab for the invoice / delivery options

Did "Invoice Name" get replaced by "Invoice First Name" and "Invoice Last Name" in the 9.3 upgrade?

Its just that "Invoice Text" is greyed out in 'Design Text' and the Invoice First Name & Invoice Last Name don't appear on the checkout page code?

You can switch on the option to separate them or not in business settings in V9, it's a new feature. Maybe linked to that, not seen it myself though.

Ur a legend Lee... that's fixed it, i.e. switching between the two had solved it.
