    date shipped on order tab

i've got a client who says they have lost the "date shipped" column from the order tab, they use the column to sort orders, anyone know how to get this back, short of a reinstall?

I imagine they've tried right-clicking on one of the other headings and checking if the Date Shipped one is ticked?

if they drag the width of the columns either side of where it WAS (it'll look like they're enlarging the visible column) does it reappear??
I daren't try it in case I lose one forever LOL

Oo-er. Sounds like a reinstall might be necessary ...

All I know is, when it happened to me, I discovered the right clickability of the other columns and got back what I'd lost.

Maybe it's version dependent? I have straight Business, maybe you all have something much more expensive?

I can right click the order details, but not the column headings. The only way I've found of getting rid of the Date Shipped column is, as Tracey suggested, by dragging Payment Method over the top of it.

If that's not the case then it sounds like something more sinister...

                  it's possible, Jules
                  I'm using Catalog
Will experiment by switching to Designer and report back!

Nope, it just isn't happening in any of them!

I can right-click on the column headings and as Jules.
                    I am using v9.03 Business

Have you tried dragging each column heading to make it wider as it may have been dragged into a different order from the default and has zero width so could be hidden by any of the headings.

                      ooh, interesting
Just restarted Actinic (well, it DMPed on me ) and now I have the right click!
Only thing I did in addition to restarting was shrink a column so it disappeared and then dragged it back out again (as I suggested trying in my first post)

The bizarre behaviour of Actinic, eh?!

The right-click on the order columns was introduced in v9 so it's not in v8. I think Tracey's suggestion about dragging the columns is the right one in this case.
