An invalid Product could not be imported.

Hello Everyone!

I have recently purchased V9 of Business Plus and I am tackling the setup for the first time...

I am importing my products using a CSV file with hierarchical structure. I first exported a file having uploaded a few products using the interface. Having done so I added a product in the CSV file and I have checked and double checked all fields but I receive the same error message: 'An invalid Product could not be imported.'

I have checked the image file paths and also turned 'auto generate product reference' off in the business settings box. I can't see any differences between the new product and the existing ones in the CSV but it is only the new product added manually in the CSV that doesn't import. Any help is appreciated.

Can you attached the csv file with just a few relevant lines so we can take a look.

The Hierarchical Import can log errors to a text file. This will show the line number that failed. Try re-importing and use this option to give us more details.
