Why dont you just get a PSP or someone like Worldpay instead of wasting time on a short term workaround. I seem to remember worldpay only took a couple of days to set up andmost others only a few days

I've just looked back through the thread and seen what you want to do and think that you could do it with our One Stop Order Processing product, it decrypts the CC details and allows you to build a custom csv export from your Actinic data. More details and a free trial here :

        hey everyone

thanks for getting back to me, i have a really basic workaround on this one. Should really have though about it in the first place. I've just assigned a standalone machine as the download machine, that means it's not on the multi user system that it turn means no encryption, which means then that i can import.

Thank you for your comments and suggestions though, the main issue though is we hold a huge amount of stock at any one time on premesis which means that it has to be stock controlled at all times. To do that we had to buy an outsource system that then links into actinic to control the stocks properly. that is why we have never moved to using actinic as a one stop processing portal.

I do have a question for you though Jan, with your one stop system, how does that work with the new multiuser system as we are looking at deploying more sites. I need something to download off multiple sites at once that in turn outputs a csv file or something in that region so that we can import it into the stock control system. Any ideas on that?

        Cheers
