Email when out of stock

I am about to start using Froogle and need to keep an eye on my stock levels. I am using Jan's One Stop Automation and this is doing a great job at keeping my websites stock levels up to date every five minutes but what I really need now is to be sent an email when a product is out of stock.
Can Actinic do this?
I am using a visable product and hidden products for stock levels on different sizes.
I am also using the code from the AUG to hide choices that are out of stock.

This email would really help me manage my site.

An email may be a little too much to ask, but there is a standard 'stock' report you could run as and when you want.
