Sorry if this is a simple question, but I'vwe not been using Actinic for long as it has just been passed onto me within our company. I'm trying to find out if there is a way to export a list of postcodes and total sales values into a spreadsheet so I can work out sales per our sales areas?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Ian, welcome to the forum.

Actinic can generate mailing lists that will have the customer address details but while this can be filtered by products there is no sales value option.

To get what you want, it's probably easiest to write your own database query, either in excel or access and to then group the results however you want them.

It isn't too difficult to do this and I believe the details are already on the forum somewhere.
