Add attachment on contact page

This is a long shot I know, but just wondered if it's feasible to somehow put an 'Add attachment' feature on the 'contact us' page.

I need to give customers an quick and easy way of sending a file.

Any ideas?

www.drillpine.biz has an addon for this on product pages if this request is linked to a product in some way. If not then search the forum on 'mach form' or something like that as Gabriel has provided a wizard to create your own forms, that might do what you want. I think the AUG also details how to add an extra field to the contact form, that would be your 3rd thing to look into.
