Adjusting layout of invoice

Is it possible to adjust the font when printing out invoices. I want the comment when you enter a new payment under the Progress and payments tab to be highlighted and printed out in red.

I would imagine this is only possible using Crystal Reports itself
you'd need to contact either Duncan (drounding) or Jan at Mole End to see if they can do this for you

It is but you will need Crystal Reports v8.5 to make any modifications.

I take it Crystal Reports is the software located at www.crystalreports.co.uk? If thats the case then for what I want it for doesn't really justify me buying it. I had presumed that the layout was integrated into an Actinic layout that could be changed.

Other than a lot of Design Text the reports cannot be changed from within Actinic.

You are correct that to do these other changes yourself you will need CR8.5. As mentioned I take on chargeable report work if you wish to contact me directly.

You may be able to pick up a copy of Crystal Reports v8.5 through ebay.
I bought one recently for under £30.

Remember it must be the older v8.5 software.
