Single use coupon codes

Hello,

I have been looking through the posts regarding coupon codes, and can't find this exact question, although some are similar, so apologies if you feel I am duplicating.
I am sponsoring an orienteering championship, and will be offering some free laminated maps as prizes - the winner to claim the map of their choice, along with discount vouchers for other winners.

Since each prizewinner can only claim once, each will have a unique code on their voucher, and I will delete that code once it has been used.

My question is:
I can set up a coupon code for each voucher, but is there any way of applying all of the discount codes to one "discount category" or will I have to click on the "new" button and effectively create a new discount for each voucher?
