importing customer account details from database into actinic

I use a CRM database for keeping track of wholesale customers. I can export their contact details, existing trade log ins etc into either a CSV or a tab delimited file but I'm a bit stuck as to how to turn it into a hierarchal import so that the customer accounts are set up in Actinic.

I had a look at the converter software that comes with actinic but this only seems to apply to importing product content rather than customer accounts.

Hi,

I suggest that you create one customer account within Actinic and then export it (File | Export) so you can see the format it needs to be in.
