Edited Packing List - orders.rpt

We use the packing list folded up in a documents enclosed slip but have found a few issues with the layout, as follows.

1) Customer e-mail and telephone number are visible
2) Special shipping message is cut in half when folded.
3) Bar code is too high and can not be scanned when folded and placed in documents enclosed slip.

1) These have been removed from the delivery address.
2) Realigned to be the same size as delivery box showing complete message.
3) Bar-code has been moved to just above the name on the address label.

This works on version 9.03 IMMA, have not tested other versions.

Just thought I would offer it to others as I know that Crystal Reports are not accessible to everyone.
