Actinic Link Hanging and locking up

I've now upgraded/down graded / regraded the lot now running sage 2009 with the lastist version of actinic link.



Still broken

Must be a setting problem or network problem

Hi James,

Have you tried compressing and re-indexing your Sage data (File | Maintenance)?

To narrow down if it is a network problem, you could install Actinic and Link on the same machine as the Sage database.

If you still get the problem after doing the above, I have seen one similar issue to this before and it was caused by a corrupt record in the SalesDeliveryData table of the Sage database. I would suggest you contact support to take a look at the database to see if this is the cause.
