When orders from overseas come in via the website (v9.0.2) they seem to be missing address line 4 data, works fine for the UK but for example Netherlands line 4 is missing from the order so we have to lookup towns overseas to add them in, we use http://www.geonames.org/postal-codes/ for this in case others haven't found it.
If I add the data in manually to the orders inside Actinic everything works fine but I can't see anything in the database that could be causing this problem.
Any clues anyone ?
