Customer Invoices V9

I have a client that is enquirying whether it's possible to obtain a plug-in of some kind that would allow them to have more control over customer invoices look and feel etc

The reason I ask this is because I'm pretty sure I remember someone offering such a plug-in on the forum. Can anyone help?
