Checkout Page 0

I'm having one of those one step forward, two steps back days today but this is the most annoying problem of the day. :-))

It seems crazy that the shipping charge is shown on Checkout Pages 0 and 1when the customer hasn't yet said where they want the order sent or what delivery method but I can't find how to suppress it on Pages 0 & 1 without suppressing it on Checkout Page 2. Can it be done without going into the scripts?

I'm using v 8.5.3.0.0.0.IDHB

For fresh customers, IT ISN'T, it's just cos you have shopped before and what you selected has been remembered to try help you out. If you clear your cookie you will see how it happens for noobs to the site instead.
