Removing the extra Qty values in Cart from dropdowns

Hi,

I need to remove the extra Qty values in the Shopping Cart added by products that have permutations / dropdowns.

I've done it before, but I cant see to find the how-to in the adanced user guide in V9. Which perl script code I need to amend?

Look in the V8 AUG instead, it will be the same.
