changing text

On V9 Actinic Business I have added price breaks.

How can I change the text shown

Currently:-

Price: (1 Item) £4.88 (Including VAT at 15%)
Price: (2 to 3 items) £7.32 (Including VAT at 15%)
Price: (4 or more items) £13.08 (Including VAT at 15%)

I would like to change this to:-

1 Pack of 5 £4.88 (Including VAT at 15%)
2 Packs of 5 £7.32 (Including VAT at 15%)
4 Packs of 5 £7.32 (Including VAT at 15%)

Select a product with price breaks showing, then select the design tab, then click on a price break. The layout producing that area will be on the split screen below. Backup before you play and have a go at changing that area to suit.

Does that mean it will be hard coded on a page by page basis. I really need to be able to change this on a site wide basis.

you are changing the layout code. So all products that use this layout will look the same.

A change to a layout will show across the site on all areas using that layout. That is how the actinic layout/template based system works.
