Special Character

Hi Guys I have noticed on most page titles on google there is a special character seperating the keywords that looks like a capital I - does anyone know what relevance this has and where is this character on the keyboard

What I can see is keyword spamming in your page titles and a domain name that doesn't really tell me what your site is about.

Hi sorry for the confusion I didnt mean my site I meant when you search for keywords on google when other peoples sites come up they have the character in between the keywords I have tried alt GR and the key next to the 1 on top of the keyboard but this gives ¦ when it looks like a capital I this is one off the forum Brocade Bottle Bags l Bottle Bags l Wine Bottle Bags what and why are these I shaped characters ????
