Fatal error on import

Trying to move our site to a new PC and getting this error message.

Exceptions - fatal errors
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 1092) - The parameter is incorrect.

Anybody know what this means pls?

Are you sure you're two PCs are running exactly the same version of Actinic?

Yes both are V8.

The increment is also important v8xx = v8xx.
Is one PC Vista? Have you installed Actinic so that the site is in the same location?

You could also check that the snapshot can be imported back in to the old PC. Backup your original access database and perhaps the Site1 folder before trying though.

Both same version(8.5.3). New PC is vista, the older one XP.

Install a clean Actinic onto the Vista machine and then copy and paste the contents of the Site1 folder bypassing the ACD import routine.

Thanks Jont, yes I've done it that way. Seems fine except the colour of the content/design panel has changed colour. not a big problem as the site comes out ok in the preview.
