Prices not updating correctly using EPOS link to Business Plus

Hi there,

We have recently finished upgrading to Business Plus 9.0.3 and EPOS 3.0.7 there are a few minor issues but the main one is when we use EPOS link to update prices it gets it wrong on the odd occasion such as 19.99 comes through as 19.98 and 17.99 as 17.98. I assume this is something to do with TAX. We have the TAX in Business Plus set to simple with the prices to include tax button clicked. The price in EPOS is correct. Have I missed something or does this function not work yet?

I've asked development to take a look at this as it looks like something is wrong. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

Hi,

The development team have confimed that there is an issue with this area when transferring prices to Actinic from EPOS. Unfortunately, it requires a change to the ecommerce software. The only workaround I can suggest it to maintain the prices in Business and transfer them to EPOS as it seems to work that way around.
