Discount on particular product

I am trying to set up a simple disount but can't get my brain to work in 'discounts mode' - maybe it's late but I can't get the grey cells to function tonight...

All I want to do is discount a particular product if bought at the same time as an other product.

Any pointers?

Just 2 products involved? what's the discount? If just 2 products can a component not do it for you instead? It needs to a be in a discount group along with the other products that trigger its offer.

Using a component might be the simplest - although I'm not 100% sure that there's only two products involved. Definitely a prefered way to go if possible. Will set up a test to show the client.

Well you can set up a discount group for the products that trigger it, exclude the product in question from the group and assign that as the reward, defining what the reward should be.
