I am currently making changes to my site and must have changed something. When trying to enter the checkout information, after entering shipping destination info, the site bounces back to the last item ordered page. You can not go on to complete the order. Anyone know why or what I must have changed??

Have you tried resetting the layouts back to factory?
In the library right click the following and select revert to factory
Checkout Shopping Cart Grid
Order00 Bulk Area
those 2 are a good starter for 10Comment
