Payment method

Hi All

I am using actinic V9 and having problems on ( Payment Method), where it does not show the payment method. al am getting is ( NETQUOTEVAR:PAYMENTMETHODNAME).

where it suppose to be a drop down.
I have been looking for hours and looked everywhere but couldn't resolve this problem.
Kindly advice me on what to do.

I presume you must have made some changes.
Backup then restore the checkout layouts back to default and see if it works correctly, if it does ten redo your changes gradually, testing well as you go.

Thanks for your support.
I have tried wat you have adviced me and didnt work. I uninstalled and re-installed the entire actinic software the restored the site bit again with no luck.
Kindly advice me...
