Location of Layout "Standard Tax Inclusive Price"

I am trying to find the location of the Layout - "Standard Tax Inclusive Price"
Could someone tell me what section it may be in the Design - Library - Layouts

It's well hidden under a really undescriptive group name called 'Prices'. Whoever came up with that name was clearly not thinking very straight at the time .
