Exporting Fragments

Actinic Business V8. When exporting catalog data. My fragments which are attached to section details are exluded from the export file. Any ideas

Fragments added to sections do you mean? there is no way of attaching a fragment as such.

Ok I have fragments sitting just under the section detail

Hi Andrew,

How do you know they are missing? Are they missing when you import the file or are you actually checking in the exported file?

Shop fragments are treated as products and are therefore, listed under a 'Product' heading and will have a 'Product Type' (column 'AP') set to '2', so please check if those are there?

Thanks for your reply Tracy. I have since found the fragment data hiding in column AX. Not exactly where I expected but you cant win them all. Thanks again
