Like it says really, is there a way to Increase the font size on prices.

Yes, find the style applied to that area either on the design tab or using firefox and firebug and adjust the size up. It's a h3 with its own heading style in the stylesheet as standard I think.

Yes - this can be changed via the <span> class wrapping the prices layout .... if you have a live URL someone can tell you the exact code to change

Lee - are you on pay per type with "Firebug" - you should have the alt+shift+f7 coded to insert

that is using h3.product_price in the stylesheet
you can change the font-size there (currently 11px) to the size you need

you can search and find or in design tab mode click on the class and select look up.
