Order saved length

Hi,
A registered customer has mentioned that their saved order disappears after a couple of days.
I understand there is an option to alter this length to say 7 days. I've read a post which mentions a file called *.saved
Where would I find this and change the amount of time allowed?

Ok, I have found the answer myself I think.
It appears to be as simple as going to web/configure expiry periods.
I assume that the customer may be mistaken. I will save the cart and see if it is still there in a couple of days.
