    So is your client using Actinic Client?
    If so I think they should have their own key which would be different to your Designer key.

    I'm a bit confused.

      They are using Actinic Business V8 with their own product key.

        So to clarify, as I was getting a bit confused - if you import the snapshot into your Designer then you also can't view the network settings. Which I think is where we started at the beginning. If that's so then Actinic support is your next port of call I think.
