Hi, Please help me on this topic if you can.

I upload my web site, when i check it on the explorer or mozilla and click purchase button, i get this massage "Access Denied, You are not allowed to see the page" please help me

You have customer accounts on, and 'only people with accounts can view the pages' set somewhere.

have you checked the permissions of your cgi-bin and acatalog directories

cgi-bin = 755
acatalog = 777
