    cXML or Punch out

Has anyone seen or know of an Actinic site with cXML ability? You can check out what it is at cxml.org

Primarily it is so a user within a purchasing program can go to the cart and order thru his program within a window (punch out). The entire transaction is handled thru the host purchasing window. ariba.com/ sci-ware.com/ sciquest.com/ and eprocurementscotland.com/ are the organizations that im looking to interact with. I get the feeling though that if I get one I'll get them all.

I am wondering this as well. I have asked Nick at Actinic about this function.

      Tim,

It may be worthwhile noting one of the companies you mentioned is very infamous for their malware distribution.

Not a name I'd like to get involved with tbh

I have been in contact with Actinic and they said that there is a company that successfully uses a cXML link. I'm going to try and find out who it is to see if they can help.

The link needs a lot of customization as Actinic does not support this function.

If any one can be of help let me know.

        Thanks,

        Tim

Did you find out any more info Tim?
From speaking to our local Ebusiness contact at the council who had spoken to Eprocurement Scotland it seems that it might be easier just to furnish the customer with an excel version of a catalogue and let them import it to their system.
You have to ask the customer for the sheet though. We are waiting on one from our customer.
