Duplicated Site Layout Options

I'm hoping someone can help me figure this issue out.. I've got a couple of sites which have over the years been upgraded through numerous versions of Actinic, mostly they work fine except I think there's orphaned bits and pieces in the tables that muck things up

I've tried exporting a snapshot and importing it into a new clean site but the issue remains

Does anybody have any other suggestions to get rid of those duplicated layout options?

A number of us have seen this a number of times, I'm yet to hear of a way to get rid of them other than reverting back to a snapshot where this wasn't happening. It's an ugly bug, I'd like to see an actinic fix for it ideally.
