Customer reporting

Hi,

We use 8.5 and just wondering how I go about exporting all my customer contact details (postal address, email address etc) into a spreadsheet ....can anyone help ?

I thought Jan over at mole end had a tool for this sort of thing

You could open up Excel, import data from the Actinic ActinicCatalog.mdb file (in site 1) and pull in data from the person table, then save off as csv.

Not really an elegant way to do it [no filtering etc], but it should get you what you want.

You could export the customer details as a csv file using the file->export option in Actinic Catalog.

From V8 onwards, you can export customer details to csv file using the Marketing / Mailing list feature. It will also make sure you only have one entry in the file for each person that has ordered.
