Actiniclink and Sage V15

One of my clients was previously using mole ends actiniclink for sage to update their products on the website from their Sage database. This was working fine until they upgraded to Sage V15.

Now when they try and import they get the following error:

cannot connect to Sage database; data files are the wrong version.

Can anyone help with this please.

Just a note to say that Actinic link is provided by Actinic not by Mole End. Not sure exactly what you problem is but it we do have an alternative method of getting orders over into Sage detailed here :

Apologies for my mistake. We need to be able to use the actinic link so it is easy and straight forward for the client to import their products and stock from their Sage.

The version of Sage they have upgraded to is Sage 50 Accounts Professional 2009 and they are using Version 15.01.18.0190
