Invoice address deatils in Checkout page 0

Is it possible to include the invoice address fields in Checkout page 0 rather than on Checkout page 1?

Currently on Checkout page 0 we just have customers asked to select their delivery country and whether they want a delivery address different to the invoice address - but for account customers they don't see what their default invoice address is until the next screen (Checkout page 1). Is it possible to display this info for logged in customers so they can decide whether it's the right address for delivery?

You can move items on a page around to different areas on that page, but you cannot move things from one page onto another, not unless you want to pay a very large amount to have the scripts redone for you. Look out for V10, checkout process is being redone in that version.
