Rollover Images!?

Hi, I’m currently developing a v9 of our site, but when converting our v8.5.3 snapshot I noticed that all our rollover images were pulling the original image but the rollover image was not being 'pulled'. Our section images were placed inside the images folder and with another folder called 'Section Images'. When I uploaded the rollovers worked fine, but previewing in actinic did not work. I then moved a couple of images just into the site1 folder and previewed it again...and this time they worked! Does this mean that rollover image have to be solely in the site1 folder in v9?

The golden rule is anything that is not a product or section image should stay in the site root - not neat but guarantees sanity
