MOTO form not adding prices correctly

Having problems when I press the update button on the MOTO form it changes the price and only add the last two entries togeather. Using V9 9.0.3

Most of my products are made up of componants with priced choices, they show correctly in the shopping cart but the price changes when I press the update button and only add the last two entries and any products with a fixed price. Dont expect anyone to have a compleat answer but Intrested in being pointed in the right direction. Have played around with the layouts and a few perl changes from the advanced user guide but dont see how any of these could cause the problem. The web site works fine so not a mager problem but I dont like not having a solution.

regarding permutations not adding up correctly in Moto.
Do your products have permutations?
Does the same problem occur when you create a new order via:
orders tab, right click - create new order?

Also it may be worth restoring factory settings.

Sorry I ment the "new order" form' thought that was the MOTO form. Sounds a simular problem to the one in the above thread but no answer given and to a older version. Each of my products has a componant with an attribute and a list of choices, the componant then has a price permutation for each choice the pricing model is set to "Sum of Component Prices"
