Site upload settings

Hi All

Each time I update my site, the program tries to refresh everything, pictures included (even if I have made just one change!). I dont think Ive altered any settings, although I have just moved to a new server. Any help is appreciated.

Do you make the changes on a differnet pc and then import the snapshot and upload?
Is so this will trigger a full upload.

the first upload afterthe server move will trigger a refresh - but only once.

Thanks for the replies, I did expect to load the whole site up once, which I did after moving server. But I then did it a second time, maybe it was because I reconfigured the SSL settings?
Anyway it is OK now!

if you make any changes to network settings, no matter how minor you think they are this will trigger a full upload
