putting an add to cart button and site excerpt into an email?

Does anyone know if it's possible (and relatively quick and simple!) to be able to extract a product from an actinic site, paste it into an email along with it's add to cart button and allow the recipient to click on that add to cart button .. and in doing so, arrive at the website with that item now added to their shopping cart.

I've tried copying and pasting the product straight off the website and it all arrives just fine (visually at least), but I don't think it has that add to cart function.

could be a REALLY handy thing to be able to do .. IF it's achievable anyway!
