orders with OLD prices?

Hi guys

A client of mine who's using v8 says he's getting order enquiries with out of date prices, these can be as much as 3 months out of date!...Can this be because the person making the enquiry isnt refreshing their browsers?

I have experienced this before - although it is supposed not to be able to happen - it is either due to cache issues or saved carts - pain in the bum as a site owner though.

Or the products are listed on Google Products, Twenga etc...All of the free shopping services take months to update (I still see our products with prices from 6+ months ago on Twenga). This causes a lot of confusion and customers phone up saying "why did you advertise it at £100 when its £150 on your website?"

ahhh yes that could also be the issue as he's using some seo company and I hink they're listing the products through google somehow...
