Custom Variables and Choices Wrong in Export

I have a site with a quite a large number of CVs at product level.

I thought all was well but I have only just noticed that on a large number of products the CV data is not aligned correctly in the catalog export but the data looks correct in the Actinic UI. The misalignment is not consistant either, on some products the 'step to the right as it were' is happening at different points within the CV data.

I also see that the export has swapped choices around compared to what looks correct in the Actinic UI and hence when adding to cart I see the wrong component added online.

After a solid days graft and lots of SQL queries and Excel work later I have managed to sort out the CV export errors.

The issue was certainly with the export parsing because the data in the database was correct.

I recommend anyone exporting and importing data containing CVs to check the exported data carefully prior to modification and reimporting.
