Hi I have a problem with accounts, some of are customers get a discount, I can get it to say your price is eg £9.90 and when you click buy now it puts in the full retail price eg £16.98 in the shopping cart.

So if anyone can help I would be very greatful.

Could you post a screen grab of your Customer Groups dialogue, and the Customer Pricing tab of your Discounts and Surcharges Settings dialogue?

Do you have any other discounting set up?

The reason I want to set it up this way is because we have some product the same but different sizes and we get discounts from manufacture which we give to some of our customer how order in BIG bulk.

e.g. we buy

100 blue whatever @ £1.00
500 red whatever @ £0.50

we wish to have the same products in a drop down menu that is where I’m having the problem, can get it to work individually but website will be huge as there will be 7 or 8 pictures of the same product.

In the Component Details panel, you have a price set in the Price column, but the Pricing is set to Associated Product (http://i669.photobucket.com/albums/v...nt-details.jpg).

Generally if the Pricing is set to Associated Product, the Price column is greyed out and does not take effect.

I may be missing something, it's quite hard to tell from the screen grabs, but the problem might be related to that.

Hi Bruce T, found the problem I never had the Customer Groups setup properly, thanks for your help, as I would have never looked in the Customer Groups to sort that problem out.
