    Business Plus - MultiSite - Sites Disappeared

    Ok, having a 'slight' panic.

    V903 Business Plus Multi Site

    Just tried to switch sites
    File > Sites

    but it's blank, no sites listed

    I have checked My Documents > Version 9 > Sites and the site folders are all there.

    Any ideas very welcome.

    I've seen this too, damn heart stopping. On closing actinic and reopening, I find it recovers. I think the sites.ini file gets borked or has a paddy.

      I've just tried that Lee, no joy.

      Also restarted computer, no good either.

        You could check the sites.ini file in your Sites folder. Actinic reads the list of sites from that file every time it opens. If that has somehow been moved, deleted or corrupted, Actinic would only be able to see the last site you opened.

          OK, used my Actinic Cover contract.

          Instructed to open the sites.ini file

          This read;

          [Sites]

          told to enter the site names exactly as the folders are named in My Documents > ActinicV9 > Sites plus an "=";

          MySite1=
          MySite2=
          MySite3=

          Perfect

          At a time when support has been under fire, impressed with the prompt resolution to this problem.

          Problem sorted with only the need for one ciggie.

              I have seen this before also and cooincidentally just had it happen this afternoon on a client site.
              The format's simple but it's worth backing up the sites.ini folder.
