Image Paths!?

Yes i get the same error on my v8 snapshot, should have posted that error sorry about that. access, What database am i importing into it? Never used acces before. Cheers

If you've not used Access before then I would proceed with caution. If you do not know what you're doing you could cause a whole lot of new problems so make copies of everything, including the Site Folder.

You'll need to open up the ActinicCatalog.mdb which is in your Site1 Folder and search for the image.

Yeh i've made more copies than you can shake a stick at! lol. I'm in access and opened our ActinicCatalog.mdb and i have a dialog box now with various titles accossiated with actinic. Is there a search function to search the whole ActinicCatalog.mdb in acces of do i have to go into the title first and then search for the image? Cheers for your help guys. FrAz

First place to look is the products table. As in Excel you click on the very top left and you can search the whole table at once.

To search the whole database is difficult an d not wrth the effort. You need to create a stored procedure to do it - and that is also not easy in access.

You might be able to do it using VB (Teclan?) but otherwise you'll need to look around manually.

Right I had a look at this more closely when I got home we have a good result for once! lol.

Imported our ActinicCatalog.mdb into Microsoft access. Looking at all the section generated seemed a bit daunting, but once I new what I was looking for it was quite easy. I found the path reference in the 'SetupInfo' section under the 'sExtendedInfoBtnImage' name, even though in Actinic it referenced a different image so don't know what was going on there. Simply removed the path and attempted a site backup snapshot and this time there was no error on export. So cheers for all the help.

Actinic sometimes tests my sanity with little things like this. Good thing is that the forums always have the support you need.
