"-" replaced by "?" on paperwork

When the product description contains a "-" as in;

Aviator Specs - Silver Framed

all appears ok on site but the "-" prints as a "?" packing lists and invoices.

Any thoughts?

Apologies for 'bumping' this thread.

We have had this when we have cut and pasted plant names using '..' as part of the cultivar name. Something to do with the way it is carried across on the clipboard, we had to manually re-enter the '.' using the keyboard in actinic and all is fine.

Probably doesn't help but..
