Colour of my headers

Does anyone know what I need to do to get the colour of my titles to change colour, They are yellow at the mo and are hard to read.

I have attached the screen shot if it helps

I keep changing them there but cant work out which one is for product title.

Any Ideas ?

Also do you know how I can change the colour background which at the mo is yellow to a pattern background ??

You could narrow it down by looking at the color you wish to change and then finding that in the theme config. Background image is defined in site options.
