BASE HREF layout not picking up page should be https not http

    Hi,

My BASE HREF layout is picking up which pages are in standard mode and which pages are running in SSL mode, apart from one page. This one page appears in my 'design' window as a 'Page type' of 'Paypal Pro Confirm Order Page'. (I am using PayPal Website Payments Pro on this site). But the BASE HREF layout is setting the base href of this page to "http" rather than the "https" I need, even though the scripts are correctly displaying the page to a visitor in the SSL area with a URL beginning "https". But all the references to images etc. within the page are "http" so I'm getting the 'mixed content' warning.

Would anybody know how I can get this page to set its base href to "https"? I am not sure what type of BLOCKIF I could add to the BASE HREF layout to make it see just this page, and I can't find any way of associating a new Outer Layout to just this page type, or any way of setting its properties.

    Thanks for your advice,

You can set a block if and evaluate 'pagetype' within it where you use the name of the page as you see it in the drop down list on the design tab in the condition. However, as i understand your chosen payment method does not satisfy PCI compliance which came out just over a year ago now. Time to get a PSP me thinks.

Thanks again leehack for your help (2nd time today).

I did try that originally, but I only used one = rather than == so it works now - I wouldn't have got there without your help.

We're OK on the PCI front, everything happens on the PayPal servers, customers don't enter any credit card info on our own site
