    confirmation email

    Hi all,
    I have seem to have a glitch.
    No emails of order details are coming through to me, nor are customers getting confirmation emails.
    I have just run the test and the email came through to me saying all settings are correct.
    I also placed a test order online and the email comes to me saying order received but nothing more.
    This was working until recently.
    Any ideas?

    Could you type in your site URL followed by /acatalog/error.err, so it would look like : http://www.yoursiteURL/acatalog/error.err ......and see if you can spot any SMTP related errors. You will need to scroll right to the end of the page and to the right.

    If this page is not available to view on your server, probably a quick call to your host asking if any SMTP changes have been made at their end could provide a clue.
