    Hard to tell. Probably the best thing is to run a network test in actinic and see what messages you get. Post them back here and I'm sure people will do their best to help.

      Here are the results of the network test;

      Actinic Mail Test completed successfully
      server: passed
      connection: passed
      sockets: passed
      communications: passed
      authorisation: passed
      message: -

      The client also recieves the following email;

      This is the test message from Actinic Catalog.
      The email address and SMTP server you specified
      in the network preferences are correct.

        Things that need to be done:

        1. Compact the database. The problem getting into the 'psp pending' tab doesn't sound good.

        2. Remove IPs from the actinic network settings. Either the dns has propagated so it isn't needed, or it hasn't in which case you're messing everything up.

        3. Run a network test again to make sure everything is now correct.

        4. Do a full purge and refresh from within actinic.

        5. Place a test order. If it works, fine. If it doesn't contact actinic support and get them to look at what's going on.

        If you can, it's also worth checking that any missing orders aren't sitting on the old server. If they are there they can be copied over to the new server and actinic will download them from there.

          I'm getting the following message now when trying to download orders;

          Actinic is not able to run the CGI scripts on the server. It appears as if the scripts are not installed. The most likely cause is that you have an incorrect CGI-BIN URL. If you've never uploaded the site, then you should do it before a download of orders. If you've uploaded the site ever, then Run Web | Configure Web Site Details... to review your web site configuration.

          The requested URL /cgi-bin/nq022222.pl was not found on this server.

            Run the network test and get a pass, forget all measures until you have done that.

              yep, go back to mikes post (#18) and do everything he lists...

              you will not be able to download orders until you have re-uploaded the site, this is standard when you move servers.

              when you next reply tell us what you have done and the results of each step 1 to 5.
